Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Where can I get work done

I need a good smith who does nice work that can

1. chrome a bore... If that's possible.
2. Install a front sight where none existed
3. Properly insall and head a barrel in whatever caliber.

Any suggestions? Addresses and contact info of good smiths would be appreciated.
