I would guess that the Chey Tech round is way to big to employ and AR15 base gun. Just my .02

if the 50 BMG is an option so is the 408, just give it time, email some of the single shot 50bmg upper manufactures about this possibility and they may be able to hook it up for you,

RND Mfg makes an AR type rifle chambered in .408 CT, it was on display at SHOT 05, I saw the first prototype in 04, done up in really nice camo pattern ...
