Midwest Industries sells a couple you might like link. A 3.375" long unit that is only a blast can as well as a linear comp blast diverter that is not quite as long, 1.750" long. Both will fit under a 1.5" ID forend. The blast can is only 1.2" OD. I have both and both have their places. I just put the .308 blast can on a 13.5 inch .458 SOCOM which brought the length to 16.250 inches. The blast diverter is steel, the blast can is aluminum.
