Hello together,

at the moment I already own an AR15 plattform made by Schmeisser Germany & a DAR Upper System (also made in Germany).
As AR parts in Germany are quite expensive (Lower stripped min, 320, USD)  I am just checking the possibilities to get some parts from the US.

Parts as
Lower & Upper Receiver
Parts Kits
Bolt Carrier

These parts are available in Germany without any license / restrictions.

Unfortunately I could not find a dealer who ship internationally.
Is there any possibility to get some items from the US according to the law?
Which paperwork is needed to get this done?

ITAR. Learn it and dont mess with it. You can catch a federal charge for each little part that breaks the law.

The short answer to your question is no. There is to much red tape. Though if you contact our president directly, he may be able to help you export through Mexico.

The ITAR seems to be really strict. There is no chance to get these parts.


I have to count on german parts in the future and have to spend more money.
