Primary Arms is offering complete uppers from ATI for a very low price, I am looking to pick up a flat top upper and this offer is tempting but I know nothing about ATI. Can anyone tell me of their experience with ATI?  What is their reputation for quality and accuracy?

I ordered one and Im 99% positive its a CMMG upper as evidenced by the colored bags in the lower parts kit. Looks fine, havent shot yet. Probably a safe bet.
