H bars are nice to shoot.I would enjoy the rifle as is. Later on buy a while new complete upper . For the difference in price it would be worth having the complete spare upper.

Its my understanding, and perhaps I am wrong, that fluting the barrel shouldn't have any adverse effect on the barrel. Is that true,. |

Done properly fluting the barrel should not harm it.
