I'm onto my next build.  Which barrel will be best for accuracy and longevity?  I might also mention that I will be putting an Adams Arms piston kit on it.

+1  Go with the Bravo 410 greatness.  I did.

I'd go with the Sabre barrel, but I'm biased.  This is an 18" Sabre in Vanadium.  I have not had a chance to shoot it from a bench since putting the AA kit on it, but running it with a standard gas block I was getting right under 1" at 100 w/ Hornady TAP.  Wolf 55g was still under 2"- and all that with a 1.25x4 optic.

Either will serve you well. Make up your own mind.

You didn't mention it, but you'll have a hard time beating a Noveske.

I'm thinking about the 18" Sabre for my next build.  Is that a rifle length or middy on yours?   Thx.

I recently bought a complete BCM SS 16" mid-length upper but unfortunately I can't be of much help since I haven't shot it yet.  Quality appearance is first class, as to be expected (I guess) from BCM.  It damn sure is beautiful to look at.

Mine is a midlength.  I don't think Sabre makes any of their fluted barrels w/ anything but midlength gas ports.  I also have a 410 20" Sabre that is midlength.  It looks pretty badass w/ the gas block hidden under a standard free float tube.

This particular stainless barrel shoots a little better than the CMV barrel.

My BCM is just a tick over 1/2 MOA with good ammo if I do my part.

For the price, TRUST ME you will NOT find a better barrel than the BCM.  Hell, even for 150 more than it costs you'd have a hard time finding a better barrel.

How reliable is the Wylde Chamber?

Do some of the Wylde chambers have problems with 5.56 ammo?  What about after break in?

I had an RRA w/ a Wylde Chamber and never had issues with 5.56/.223, match ammo to Wolf...

I do believe they are all excellent choices, there isn't a bad choice in those options.  I think you will be pleased with any of them.  So go with the one you like or is at the price point you prefer.  I pray for problems like these where my choices are between such good options.

I have a WOA 18" SPR barrel that I am increadibly pleased with.  ADCO bead blasted it and I really wished I spent the cheese to have it flutted at the time.  While flutting isn't the a real big feature, it is a nice detail that I like.  It is my favorite upper, so I don't really want to mess with it now.  I would be bummed if any accuracy was lost on it.  The barrel has been very accurate for me and completely reliable.  It even handles Wolf ammo pretty decently.  It has really made me a fan of the 18" barrels.

The Sabre is hard to beat for the features.  It is flutted and bead blasted.  The WOA came with a brushed stainless feature and I paid a little extra to have it bead blasted.  I haven't heard many complaints about Sabre.  If I were going to do another SPR style build, I would probably go for one of the Sabre.  Again, flutting is a huge deal, but a nice detail that I think always looks good.

Here is my 18" WOA build:
