I saw a blackthrone LMG upper the other day. it was much cheaper in price than the colt.
It looked like the colt LMG, but had a flat top receiver instead of the A2.

Does the LMG blackthorne upper have the heavy gas tube like the COLT LMG?
It had the heavy barrel and square handguards, carry handle and all.

The Blackthorn is the same company as Hesse/Vulcan.

Real Colt LMGs never had a forward assist on either A2 or Flat top.
