anyone use an ATI lower?  hows the fit and function.  I dont really care about finish.

I don't know. My local shop got a couple in. If you search on GB for ati lower you'll see one. The finish is a little rougher than my cmmg lower. It's almost like a reallly fine sandpaper feel. I wonder if it is a casting.
