Just curious as to what people have done. I just did one and it got out of hand. It has way too many goodies

I figure you can build a 16" Legal M-4orgery with Mil-Spec except for the barrel length for around 750. The kit found was on AR15-kits.com. M-4forgery kit was 624 plus shipping and then a lower.

It's possible to recreate a complete M4 (daytime use, with rails, CompM2, VFG, Light) for around $1200... but it's extremely easy to let it get out of hand.

For a good carbine (no leapers crap, all American made)
Del-ton kit =$465 Lower from Essential = $86 30 Round Mag = $10 DPMS Rear sight = $75 TOTAL = $636 Plus shipping and FFL transfer, maybe another $75 = a little over $700. - AG |
