I have two and they are both super-tight. No rattle at all. I bought both as complete assemblies.

did you mismatch your stock set? Stock from CAA and tube from somewhere else.
I sell the CAA stocks and they are VERY tight, to the point of needing to be broken in for easy movement. |

how long ago did you get it? All the ones i have received over the last 4 or so months have been very tight. Also all collapsable stocks have some movement, or they are to tight to adjust. Sometime the rattle is just to much though. CAA has a life time warranty, maybe they will replace it if it is really bad. Ever need anything else look me up.
