For me there are two. The Vltor Standard Carbine ModStock and the MagPul CTR.
You want a carbine buffer tube, stock, carbine buffer, buffer spring, end plate, and extension nut, all for under $100? Mmmm-kay. Maybe if you sell off your std. stock. |

You can get a full mil-spec M4 kit for about $75

I like, amongst others, the collapsible CAR stocks:
 Those are widely available, and you should be able to put one together with buffer, tube and spring for $100 or less. |
