WOA makes a great barrel, I've got some on my personal builds.  To say that they shoot the same as the Noveske or the Shilen is something that I would argue, but there is no doubt that most people aren't going to shoot well enough to see the difference.  I know that I don't.  

Shilen and Novekse are names that are pretty well known, and info on their barrels is available from a variety of sources.  

With my two Shilen / RA UM barrels, I've shot 1.5-2 MOA groups using generic 55 grain ammo.  Thats nothing impressive as I haven't dialed them in with quality ammo.  Its also not impressive as I'm not willing to exaggerate numbers to sound extra cool.  There are other people here who do serious handloading and precision shooting, and some of them own the barrels in question.  They would be better sources of information than a guy who chases people down and kicks in doors for a living.  Mrs.Stick is lucky that I use utensils when I eat, so the finesse required for absolute precision shooting is something I won't claim to have.  

I know that doesn't give you the answer you are looking for, but I say with all sincerity that there aren't many people here who I think could honestly shoot to the ability of either of those barrels.
