What weight buffer would be most appropriate for this combination, or does it even matter?  I know the rifle buffer is 5 and some odd ounces, so should I use a 9mm buffer?  This won't make it less reliable, will it?

on the rifle system there is less gas pressure than a carbine...the 9mm MAY cause short stoking... but it may work fine also......try just a regular CAR buffer, it will work
