Preban Colt upper what? We need more info before anyone can give you an honest answer. Typically, the launcher doesn't add all that much to the overall value.

here is the info i got from the guy
it is a .223 no chrome bore. it has a tear drop forward assist, bayonet lug, flip up sights for the launcher, and a regular sight for the gun i can ask for model if it will help. |

What's going on at the rear of the receiver? Looks like it's been photoshopped, shouldn't be squared off back there...
Still need more info to get you your answer. Is it ALL Colt? Used? If so, how used? It's an A1 upper, but has an HBAR which makes me think it's not original and probably not a Colt factory barrelled upper. The launcher really doesn't add anything to the value, might actually make it hard t sell if you insist on selling as a complete package. If it's brand new, 100% Colt, I'd price it at about $500. Price drops from there as "used" or non-Colt comes into play. If it's all Colt, it's probably worth more as parts than a complete upper. A1 uppers take 3rd place to flat tops and A2s. What are you trading for? That's another issue entirely... |

i am trading a paintbal gun for it i emailed the gun and he is suppossedly on vacation wil be bac ktomorrow and i will get all the info.I will make him ship first if i do it.

The upper does not look correct in its ratio. If it looks that way in real life, its not for a real weapon. |

It would be a little tough for it to be airsoft as they, to the best of my knowledge cannot exchange uppers and lowers. I think it's just a really bad picture, you can see the gas tube and the heatshields. IMHO it is just a bad picture with some distortion and focus issues. Kinda looks like it's been squeezed and the proportions are now off.

i was able to figure out that it is 223. no chrome bore,cmp on the barrel.Is 223 the same aas 556 because i was looking at some of the stickys and i asked the guy if it had any number buy the cmp in one the the stickys it showed cmp then 1/7 and 556.

Id watch out for this trade, would you really want to get something frome someone that has absolutely no idea what they are sending you?? If he doesnt know that, he wont know if its used, or how many rounds have been through it if it is........ I dunno, seems kinda scary to me IMHO.

the picture has been resized is all- that explains all of the funky lines, angles and squatiness of the upper.
The picture was taken at a regular aspect ratio and then resized to be square. It is currently at a 500x500 resolution which is why it's funky... |

Here it is in it's correct ratio:
 I kept the 500 pixel height and used the standard 4:3 width:height ratio to widen it to 667 pixels by 500 pixels high. NOW RATE IT!

Thats a cobray launcher, pencil barre, unk. upper...probably Oly, Early Bush. or ??? judging by the purple color.
All together its probably worth 250 upper 100 launcher 40 handguard and site Could be worth more to you but thats just my opinion.
