I don't see why not. It may require some disassembly and a motivated machinist, but neither is hard to find or do.

I had the end of my Mini threaded... Currently has an A1 hider on it. I can swap it for a Phantom and take a pic if you like...

Great West Gunsmithing specializes in the Mini14 and offers barrel shortening, threading, etc.
 The Arms Room also does Mini14 customizing and offers some cool dooditties like their tactical light mount...  You can put most any AR15 muzzle device on the Mini14, but most of the time I see the Vortex installed. |

Funny you should mention that. Mine is getting chopped, threaded, and I'm adding a Phantom this next week. Small world.

Great West was who threaded mine. Here are some pics with the phantom and the A1. The A1 is what I use on it.
