Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Barrel Markings

I ran a search but was unable to find the answer. I have 2 barrels, one is marked C MP C and the other is marked C MP B. I assume the first C is for Colt and the MP is Magnetic Particle tested  but Would the last C mean chrome Chamber and  on the other barrel would the B mean chrome Bore? Thanks!

Very close, the M stands for Magnetic particle, and the P stands for Proof.
