Who is making complete uppers - 14.5 barrels and perm pinning the FH on them?

I saw them here the other day and now having trouble finding it again.

I think that they were doing some different midlengths as well.

but since you mentioned different midlengths it might be cmmg, look them all up in either the industry forum or equipment exchange

PK Firearms builds them using Bushmaster barrels and a choice of uppers

If you want an upper custom made on a 14.5"and then a pinned FH on I think:

Bravocompany doesn't pin or weld the FHs.
GDS may do it (they told me they can "have the best little welder in texas do it")
ADCO does pinning
PKFireams sells the barrels but not sure if they can pin or weld as well.

There are a ton of other builders in the EE.

I was thinking about having an upper built on just a threaded 14.5 from a builder and then sending it to ADCO to have it pinned.
