I'm trying to decide which buffer to run. My upper is a 14.5" carbine length with CMT enhanced BCG. I'll mostly be using wally world winchester white box ammo. Recommendations on buffer?

I'm also looking for a nice 2-stage trigger. I was thinking of getting a complete LMT lower from dennys guns with the LMT 2-stage trigger installed. Is this a nice trigger? any opinions?

An H-buffer should work well for you.

Personally, I run a 9mm buffer in my 16" M4gery to slow cycling down even further.

Can't help you with the LMT trigger.
