SAFE/SEMI/AUTO ?

I thought Noveske might but they don't.  They say they will, but have no idea when.

Tom Sawyer Manufacturing will sell a total custom lower for $300, but I'm not sure I want all that...

ETA:  I f*cked up and put "FIRE" when I meant "AUTO"

Check with Superior Arms.

thanks, but that's gonna be a HUGE negative on SA lowers.

That's judging by this lower.  I'm gay about lettering and I'm not interested in one with 3 different styles of fonts- two of them being really shitty looking.

Anyone else?

thanks, but I mentioned Tom Sawyer as a no-go at this point due to price and POF makes the pictogram lowers.

I wouldn't mind a non-colored pictogram lower though...

Dennys GTS lowers are marked Safe/Semi.

SAFE/SEMI/FIRE?  Isn't that a little redundant?  Do you mean SAFE/SEMI/AUTO?

what about getting a GTS lower as mentioned above marked  SAFE/SEMI and having AUTO added to it

btw +1 for Denny

Ah, Denny's are marked SAFE and SEMI ?  I take it so you can add AUTO later if you want?

Even though I kick ass with the Duracoat, I don't want to have to do any refinishing at all including filling in any new engraving.

I wish Grenadier Precision would get their asses moving and get their lowers finalized...

I don't understand how it wouldn't involve refinishing the letters back to black?  Maybe this would be the way to go as I will also be needing SBR info engraving...

Joseph

You can buy one of my lowers and send it to Tom Sawyer and for around $40 he will add the AUTO marking.  There is no refinishing involved for you Steve does it.

He has done some for me and they look great,

Denny

They do the refinishing for you at Tom Sawyer

I dont know about anyone else but I really like the way HK does their FCG setup as far as markings go

Anyone do that?

Me, too and Tom Sawyer Manufacturing is also the choice.

Notice a pattern here?

Ok, I really didn't explain myself well enough it seems...

I did state I didn't want pictograms really and definitely didn't want colored pictograms.  I'd rather have H&K pictograms than the POF pseudo-H&K pictograms with the "flared" open box on auto.

So does Tom Sawyer refinish the entire lower?

I can re-duracoat the lower myself.  I was hoping to have none of the anodization removed.

That POF lower appears to have a fairly thick Molyresin coating or Duracoat- one of the two.  It's definitely not smooth and factory looking FWIW.
