So, is a barrel marked HBAR 5.56 NATO a military or LEO barrel/upper?

Also, if the lower is marked 5.56 instead of .223, same question?

So, Q3131 should shoot fine if the lower and upper are marked 5.56 vs .223. Whereas there is a question if it's marked .223 and one should shoot Q3131A, right?

Sorry if it's a dupe. Just picked up a used rifle with 5.56 NATO on the top of the barrel and the twist rate too!

The receiver on my 1990 6601 is marked: Sporter Match HBAR - CAL. .223

The barrel is marked: C MP 5.56 NATO 1/7 HBAR

Despite what the receiver says it is chamber for 5.56.

I would guess a receiver marked 5.56 is likely a military/leo rifle.

BTW, my rifle has a large pivot pin. So it sure ain't .mil.
