Does anyone know who made a upper with "P" and "M" as production codes.  It has to be a parts gun becase the lower is a E.A. Co.  Also, does anyone know the value of this preban upper and EA lower?  Thanks.  P.S. I have three Colt SP1s, but I know nothing about this gun.  I am thinking about buying it just to play with at the range.

P - CAPCO (Finished the receiver)

M - Martin Marietta (Forging manufacturer)

Those receivers are popping up a lot lately in M16A1 configuration with forward assist and no brass deflector...
