I am looking to purchasea new AR style lower to build a rifle out of.

Who is currently offering receivers of good quality.  Who is offering the cheapest, and who has them in stock...

I haven't followed the AR-15 for quite some time now, so I know many new companies have come along in the last 4 years!

for a lower from one of the big 4 (Bushmaster, Colt, Armalite, RRA), i would recommend Bushmaster.

otherwise, get a CMT/Stag-made lower from
ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=12&t=267716
these are top quality parts and denny is 100%.
