How much of an effect does free floating have on an AR-15 where you only shoot it off-hand (standing, kneeling, prone) or possibly use a sandbag rest close to the receiver (no slings or bipod involved)?

ETA: Assume the shooter is a robot using uber high grade bullets.

It won't help nearly as much as a better trigger.

Are we talking a "NM" 2-stage trigger or a really light single stage? I'm planning to install just the JP trigger spring and disco spring, leaving the stock hammer spring for maximum reliability.
