Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Accuracy experiences of Carbon 15 / Pro Ord?

I have a Carbon 15 recently back from Bushy with all the appropriate "upgrades."

Does anyone have any experiences with accuracy for this rifle? I've never really put it thru the paces just as of yet.

Please provide any scope, distance, and ammunition details.

My friend has one of the older ones before Bushmaster took over.
That rifle with scope has trouble hitting 8" plate at 100 yards consistantly.
We tried all different kinds of ammo in different weight but nothing ever worked.
Typical group would be about 12" at 100 yards for 10 shot group.

I was wondering if a aluminum upper can be put on a carbon lower.Would it match and how would it preform.The carbon models from bushy dont have FA or ejection port cover.
