Does someone make such a beast?
I'm thinking with rifle gas system you would have most of the barrel at light profile under the handguards. Think "SPR-lite" with better handling than an 18" SPR profile bbl or a 20" govt profle barrel but better muzzle velocity than a 16" recce type. Or am I crazy?

Not yet they don't, their 18" is .840 diameter.
The CMMG fellow on this board mentioned doing a run of 18" govts sometime tho. Those guys make great stuff. |
