j&t distributing has them listed in there catelog.
    unissued: $34.95
    VG-Exc: $27.95

fulton armory may have some also.  they have alot of stuff, but for some reason the way their site is layed out bugs me (so i didn't look for you).

i have found some really nice ones at gun shows(usually $20-$25).  the last option is to buy a complete NIW m16a1 upper from global tactical for $450.

Have you recently checked in the EE section? I know a while back someone had a bunch for sale, new and pretty cheap too...
