i have a colt 6920 and wanted to put the dd on it but the sup is pined is this not possible now?

No it can be done, just a bit more work...
The pin will need to be drilled/ground out.

Then strip the barrel, install the FF, reinstall FSB, and then re-pin/weld either the old fs or a new one.

oops.

yes, the barrel will need to be removed for some applications.

There are some units that do not require this, only cutting off the delta ring and attaching the FF

probably best to send this to a pro. Maybe should have bought the surefire. Trying to learn so i can do this stuff myself but don't want to mess up this gun.
