Looking for a price and source for a 20 inch 1 in 7 twist govt profile flattop upper reciever.  I have found 1 for $350, was wondering if I could do better.  Thanks!

Check CMMG on the EE. The price they show is for a complete upper, but they will price out whatever set-up you want and they make excellant barrels.
