In my experiences, the Wylde chamber is good for at least 1/2 MOA improvement in accuracy(compared to 5.56NATO), if used in comparable match barrels.
ABS just did nearly a 100 barrel run of Mike Rock 6-groove SS match barrels with the carbon fiber on them, and the ones with Wylde chambers averaged in the 1/2 MOA(or better) category, while the 5.56NATO chambered barrels struggled to make 1 MOA groups. This was with a variety of ammo. These were all basically the same configuration of barrels, all from the same lot of blanks from the same high-quality maker, made on the same CNC machines, by the same guy, and the only difference between them was the chambers.
That is about the best test data that I've ever seen for this chamber comparison purpose, and if you are wanting accuracy with a wide bullet selection, it is Wylde all the way. Most people in this barrel purchase switched their chamber selection to Wylde chamber, during the process of this group buy.
