SS will last just as long, and resist corrosion as well as standard chrome moly/chrome lined.

then why would someone chose chromelined over another...under full auto..i guess i understand but shooting long matches all day long....isnt most match SS barrels often times more accurate anyway..?

Are stainless barrels better than chrome lined? I've talked to a few people that say the chrome can chip inside the chamber, anyone else ever heard this?

A SS barrel will do everytihng a chromelined barrel will do, and it will last just as long.
