Okay for my mid lenght build I want either be LMT upper and lower or CMT upper and lower (RRA or stag lower). What do you guys prefer and why?

Either one would make for a nice upper.  Personally, I'd just get whichever one was offered by whoever I was buying the rest of my build parts from.
