If they are, are forehand and top rail systems easy to come buy and who make the most compatible system for the superlight  m-4 from bushmaster

If you're talking about the standard AR (aluminum upper & lower) then all the rail systems will work with the Superlight.  My favorite is the Daniel Defense 7.0 because it's the lightest 4 rail system available and will weigh less than if you added a set of plastic M4 handguards.

Just be warned that the gas block ID is not the common .750" of most aftermarket gas blocks

And another one, because CAR and M4 handguards are the same length and will both fit a "superlight" barrel, that has a carbine gas system.

it's 5/8th isn't it? .625 inches, the same as the original A1-profile pencil barrel.
