Got this sweet scope today, the plan is to put in on my .223 bolt action rig later on...I doesn't look too bad on a shorty AR either. Also, notice how the bi-pod attaches to the rifle. I used YHM bipod adaper for a few months but I was pissed because the adapted was such a "huge" block...out of curiosity I unscrewed the swivel stud..and it uses the same threads as the SIR! I screwed the stud to one of the rails and it didn't quite fit...soooo I took out my trusty Dremel and flattened the area around the stud and voila! The actual part is in the oven as I write this [needed to moly resinize it] but you get the idea.

beautiful set-up, enjoy shooting that rig. don't forget a full range report.
