I am looking for an upper assembly in this configuration.  I am looking for a well performing/ reliable upper at the cheapest possible price.  Aren't we all.  Just looking for the best bang for the buck. Please let me know what my best option is as far as manufacturer and retailer.

The must have features:

24" heavy barrel
Fluted
Free float handguard
Not stainless
Flat top

Thanks for the help guys.

P.S.  RRA seems to have good prices, but are all of their heavy bbl's stainless?

Legal Transfers in the EE have a hell of a price on the rock river ones.
I'm pretty sure they are all stainless.
