Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - How much trouble/cost to get comp removed and barrel threaded?

I bought my AR's during the "Ban" and I was thinking about having the faux flash suppressor (on my RRA LEGP 2001 ((I think this was the year)) removed and have the barrel threaded to receive a true flash suppressor such as Vortex.  Who would you recommend to do this and what would be estimate of cost. Also have and AR I would just like to have barrel threaded.

go to the industry forum and look up adco firearms and then go to their shop sevices

Send it to ADCO and pay $65 + $4 shipping.  Not much trouble at all.
