Who has got the best prices on Bushmaster rifles?  My FFL charges a flat rate transfer on things he has to order and doesn't do markup if I pay up front.  I like to do the leg work for him and tell him where to order.  So as to ensure I continue to get the cost + flat rate transfer deal.  Anybody know?

wouldnt he have to charge you tax if he ordered it for you?
