That's a real tough question to answer.  Nobody really knows, but I can tell you that ever since LaRue tooled up a CNC mill to make their rails they have been doing it non-stop.  They have had man-power and mill-power dedicated to only making rails since they started.  All day, everyday.

With the LT rail you will have the locking feature, something you won't see anywhere else.  And I think the price is quite nice.  Fit, finish, and workmanship are unparalleled.

It locks everything to the upper.  It directly locks the barrel nut and the rail system to the upper.  It also keeps the knurled ring from from loosening.

It is really a win win situation for you. You won't be screwed by going either way. With that being said, I give the nod to LT for fit and finish and for the locking system.
