With out stock, they can be bought complete and new for 400 from specialized armament. I've seen stripped match target lowers for as cheap as 250. I would assume your lower is more than 250 because of the AR15 designation.

You got a Colt AR6721 and prices could vary depending location. Here in Nevada a stripped receiver like yours would go for $350, pretty much the same cost with most large gun dealers around here. Complete without stock it's about $475. Yes we have high prices around here.  Colt Law Enforcement website link |
