Wes,

Of course it's another Wes-is-trying-to-poke-holes-in-my-piggy-bank with the latest-and-greatest from Noveske/LaRue/Troy/Trijicon/Deiter/Surefire uppers.  Of course this one is especially troublesome, because I want the capability of a Noveske 6.8, but I also want to be able to buy training ammo...

BTW, we need to see some pics of what she'll do...

Thanks for sharing teasing us!

Lumpy, if that's yours, welcome to the dark-side and very nice. I just passed replying to a thread if the 6.8 was dead, was  not worth the bandwidth.

ETA: For spelling.

Damn, too late to claim it huh?

Do ya have to just yell BANG while you hold it, or were ya able to come up with some ammo yet?

Does that pin above the selector indicate that this is an M4 that has be converted to fire 6.8?  My only unknown is that it might be an M4A1 full auto too.

What's on the end of rifle, is that a brake or a flash suppressor?  Who makes it and is it for sale?

I believe that is Mr. Grant's test mule M16A1 lower.  If you will look at some more of his pics you will see most of them feature that lower.

W00T

ETA:  What is the barrel length on that?   I've been thinking about a midlength ~13" barrel + perm Krink fs = 16", wondered if that is close to that size.
