CMC Super Match trigger group for AR-15 rifles

Pull of the single stage CMC unit was virtually flawless, breaking cleanly at 3 3/4 pounds with no detectable creep and barely perceptible overtravel

The two-stage version likewise provided a quality trigger pull. The Lyman gauge showed 2 1/4 pounds to take up the first stage, then a clean break at four pounds. Once again functioning was flawless.

I hope this answers your question. All I know is I have a 2 stage CMC in my Recce or SPR and its sweet.
