I building an M4 by using a bushmaster lower and wondered, Is the Buffer tube hole is smaller or bigger compared to a Colt lower. I am getting a LMT upper and wanted it to be all LMT stuff I wanted all MIL-SPEC parts has much has possible.

The threaded part is the same.  The tube dimensions are not.  LMT stock fits Bushmaster lower fine as long as you use the LMT buffer tube/reciever extension and not the Bushmaster one.
