If it's a Colt 5.56 barrel, it's threaded for any standard AR15/M16 flash suppressor or muzzle brake. All threaded Colt 5.56 barrels have exactly the same thread specs, whether A1, A2, M4, or any other length/configuration. The 9mm barrels have a different thread spec, but the 5.56/.223s are all the same.

It's postban - not threaded - he want to know if he can install a setscrew comp/FH.

The barrel OD is something like 0.625" and smaller near the muzzle.  The add states for 0.700" barrels, so I'm thinking no.
