Saw 2  without made between 11/02-6/03. Called Colt customer service, and they confirmed several were put out.

While it's not an M4 my AR6721 is an oddball that doesn't have RAS numbers:

One of my Colt M4 uppers not t-numbered was mated to a 1996 barrel. That one is a C AF. The other I have non t-numbered is A C marked.

my 6400C didn't have markings. That was from 03ish?

I have two C AF marked M4 uppers w/o T numbers.   Grey black finish.  Circa mid-late 90s.
