I am about to purchase a new RRA upper and I am wanting to have the mid-length FF Quad Rail option installed.    Does anybody have any experience with the RRA Quad Rail FF tube?  Is it secure & well made?   I have no experience with FF's, both of my current AR's have standard handgards.

Also,
I am going with the gas block and plan to add a flip up front sight later as this upper will sport an EOTech. (I don't like the "co-witness" of the front sight filling up the view in the EOTech.  Any comments?

Any comments are appreciated.

The RRA quad rail is made by YHM. It is heavy. There are better options available.
look at Daniel Defense, or Samson's MRFS

You will love the EOTech! I have run one for two years now. My newest set up is going to be ready in about two weeks.
