So, you want a complete upper with Bushnell scope and rings for $400-450???? Try Model 1 Sales Complete Upper.

At $375 for a complete upper with a chrome moly barrel (NOT chrome lined), plus shipping and such, that doesn't leave you much for a scope and rings.

Then you can get the chrome lined one for $410.

M1S 20" Chrome Lined

Your scope will mount pretty far back, so you may need some type of additional mount to move it forward. Not sure what you have or what you want, so you'll have to decide that.

True, but all are A2 uppers, all are post ban - no coveted bayonet lug or threaded barrel, and all are more than M1S.
