Index numbers in white on the top rail of the receiver placed there as a guide for reattaching optics, etc.

Are you sure about that? My understanding was that only the M4 had the M4 feedramps. M16 have the standard rifle ext. My FNMI barrel had rifle ext.

Np redrumnine.  Guys, I couldn't find the information anywhere.  I even downloaded and looked at the TM re M16A4.  Might have missed it though.  Wouldn't the full size rifle need such ramps for larger bullets just like the M4?  Thanks for the input.

The last gov't profile 20" Colt barrel had the M4 extension.  Maybe just the Colts?

Hold on, let's start over. I had posted this pic when I got the FNMI barrel and was told it was a rifle ext. although I have to say it looks more like an M4 ext. to me?...

Which looks a whole lot like the M4 feedramps in my LMT upper...

You tell me because to be honest, I don't see any difference between the two but when I posted these pics before, everybody said I was crazy and that the FNMI barrel had "rifle" feedramps???

Oh no, I knew that, I was just wondering if the T increased 3 fold, would R, L, and B, increase by 12 fold?
