Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bushmaster A3 carryhandle nuts--not staked like Colt's. How to stake?

I hate how the BM carry handles' nuts can screw all the way off.  It's just asking for them to be lost in the field.  They should have staked the ends of the bolts like the Colt handles are.

Does anyone stake these for a modest fee?  I suppose I could try to make a staking tool from a turned down & machined chisel, but I'd rather pay $10 or so if someone does it.
