If you mean the Surefire M73 rail for the AR15 carbine/M4, then it does not really free float. I know they claim this, but it has been proven not to be the case. It is a two piece system with a very solid lock-up, probably the most solid lock-up of any of the two piece non-free floating systems.

As knightone said, it DOES NOT FF your barrel. Think of it as a KAC RAS for half the price, but more stable! C4 www.gandrtactical.com |

Thanks guys Im prolly going with a dpms quad rail free float for a lil more than half the price of the surefire two peice.
