Many regard LMT as the best manufacturer of AR uppers. RRA is great, but not at the same level as LMT.

I think the difference between RRA and LMT matters differently to different people. I for instance want a chrome lined 1/7 twist barrel. RRA doesn't offer this (to the best of my knowledge). LMT offers M4 feed ramps and T marked upper receiver (if that matters to you). If you want to be as close to the Mil-Spec M4 then get the LMT. If you don't care about that then save your money and get the RRA. I own both LMT and RRA and am a dealer for both and choose the LMT.....

CMMG uses DPMS parts an builds their own uppers, 1/7, 14.5 or 16 M4s, chrome bore, flat top, M4 hand guards. Good stuff, mine runs great. |

Agreed, except for the CMMG built/ordered/specced-whatever-you-want-to-call-it M4 upper, which is not quite an LMT, but beats RRA. |
